1.⁠ ⁠DISCOUNTS

•⁠ ⁠Students and clients under 18 years old receive 10% off.

•⁠ ⁠Please inform our staff before payment to receive your discount.

2.⁠ ⁠BOOKINGS & CHANGE OF SERVICE

•⁠ ⁠Please ensure you book the correct service through our website, as each appointment is allocated a specific amount of time.

•⁠ ⁠If you book a longer appointment but arrive wishing to switch to a significantly shorter or lower-priced service, a change fee of 50% of the originally booked service price may apply.

•⁠ ⁠This helps cover the time reserved for your appointment and the potential loss of other bookings.

•⁠ ⁠Some services, including certain straightforward or shorter treatments, must be booked directly by phone rather than online. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and allocate the correct appointment time.

•⁠ ⁠If you are unsure which service to book, please contact us before making your appointment.

3.⁠ ⁠REFUNDS & GUARANTEE

•⁠ ⁠We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

•⁠ ⁠New nail extensions and gel colour services are guaranteed for 7 days after your appointment, subject to the circumstances.

•⁠ ⁠Please wear protective gloves when using cleaning products to help protect your nails and maintain your manicure.

4.⁠ ⁠NAIL REPAIRS

•⁠ ⁠Nails damaged or lost due to accidents, biting or picking will be charged for repair.

•⁠ ⁠Single nail repair: £5 (normal polish not included).

•⁠ ⁠Please contact us if you experience any issues with your nails within the 7-day guarantee period.

5.⁠ ⁠NAIL ART & DESIGN

•⁠ ⁠All complicated or detailed nail designs must be sent to us via Facebook or Instagram before your appointment.

•⁠ ⁠This allows us to confirm the design and ensure enough time is allocated for your service.

6.⁠ ⁠POLITE NOTICE POLICY
